Customer Service Specialist
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or WeChat.
- Identify customer needs and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure full resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure all technical issues are resolved.
- Support training of Customer Support Representatives in product, systems and procedures.
- Support the Manager in the development of good customer support practices and help see the embedding of these into Customer Support operations.
- Recording data in the ERP system
- Assisting in process optimization
Quality Test Technician
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Test all products and systems correctly in accordance with company procedures, and troubleshoot test failure units.
- Calibrate the systems correctly and in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure production testing is performed and completed safely to the required Production timescales.
- Support product release initiatives and tasks as needed.
- Be an active lead auditor, participating in external supplier audits and internal audits.
- Support site during external audits (i.e., BSI, FDA, customer).
- Recording data in the ERP system
- Performs other duties as required
